I love hosting friends and people from all over the world at Podere, a little corner of the countryside that I've wanted to make welcoming for many years, a place where people can feel at home. Chatting with so many people from all over Italy and the world who come to visit me through Airbnb makes me happy, and it's a wonderful experience for my girls too.

Easily enter your home at any time. We use Yale electronic locks for maximum security and ease of use.
Sheets and towels
You'll find the beds made and a towel kit for each guest. If you'd like to use the sofa bed, you'll find a kit with everything you need.
Your laundry
The apartment has a washing machine, iron, and drying rack for your laundry. We'll also provide a jar of detergent, so you can wash up right away without any worries.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with everything from dishes and utensils to an induction hob and dishwasher.
Fast Wi-Fi
Our industrial-grade Wi-Fi network connects the apartments and grounds. The Podere is served by a fiber optic line and uses an internal network from the world leader Ubiquity Networks.
Work areas
Each unit has a desk in a quiet area of the house, and there are outdoor tables for working outdoors.
