Podere Montevalle's Clubhouse
Rustic and elegant, surrounded by nature. The Clubhouse of Podere Montevalle is a historic agricultural building, partly stone from the mid-19th century and partly brick from the early 20th century. Once the clubhouse of our equestrian center, it blends ancient charm with modern comfort. Completely renovated, it has a large double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, an entrance, and a spacious kitchen area. Ideal for relaxation, visiting art cities, and enjoying outdoor sports.

Spacious and peaceful, surrounded by nature. Podere Montevalle’s Casa Colonica features two large bedrooms and a generously sized living area. Recently renovated with a blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, it’s a fantastic base for exploring the provinces of Parma, Piacenza, and Cremona, as well as the nearby art cities and medieval villages.

Enter the accommodations easily at any time. We use Yale electronic locks for maximum security and convenience.
Sheets and towels
You will find the beds made and a towel set for each guest. If you want to use the sofa bed in your accommodation, you will find everything you need.
Your laundry
The accommodations have a washing machine, iron and drying rack for your laundry. We also provide a jar of detergent, so you can wash right away without worries.
Kitchens
The kitchens are fully equipped, from dishes to utensils, including an induction hob and dishwasher.
Fast Wifi
The accommodations and outdoor areas are served by our industrial-grade wifi network. The Podere has a fiber optic connection and uses an internal Ubiquiti Networks system.
Workspaces
All accommodations have a desk in a quiet area of the house and there are outdoor tables for working in nature.
